With over 13 years of experience inflating and twisting balloons and over 25 years as a machinist, manufacturing everything from satelite components  to automotive manufacturing equipment, Wally decided it was time to build a pump that can stand up to the toughest conditions.

This pump is the end result of nearly 2 years of design and testing. All materials and components have been carefully chosen to provide the best possible durability and reliability.

Wally is still using the original prototype and after nearly 6 years of regular use it is still working like new.

There have also been two more of these incredible pumps in operation by other balloon sculptors for roughly a year so far with both of those also working flawlessly.
